Like Graco and First years, Kolcraft have been making solid baby products since 1946. Most of their strollers have a mid range price tag and are for the most part built well although lack the refinded design and feature set you will see on more expensive strollers.
The Kolcraft Contours Options 3 Stroller comes in 2 patterns – Sangria and Cinnamon and has some nice features considering the price point. The first thing we should mention is the reversible seat that can face forwards or backwards depending on you (and your child’s) preference. The way to reverse the seat is fairly straightforward, there are buttons on either side of the seat that you push in, you can then lift the seat off the posts and turn it around and then simply put it back on to the posts until it clicks in to place. One thing that should be pointed out though is that you can’t collapse the stroller while the seat is in the rear facing position.
This stroller also comes with a car seat attachment that means it will allow most cars seats to fit on it without any special tools. This can be helpful if you child still tends to sleep in her car seat and you don’t want to have to get them out and annoy them.
The stroller also comes with a deep parent tray with cup holder and also a child’s cup holder and front bar can be moved out to allow for easier access to get your child in and out. There is also a canaopy that is height adjustable so it grows with your child and will always keep them covered on sunny day and protect them from the rain when it’s wet.

Many users were impressed by the reversible seat option which isn’t found very often in strollers at this lower end price point. Most users found the assembly of the stroller to be straightforward and easy to do although one user had a hard time putting some of the screws in to the frame and found the brake assembly a little tricky.

A few reviewers found some downsides of this stroller were the larger than normal rear wheel width made it a little harder to navigate in tighter space or when it was fold and put in a smaller car. Also when the seat is in the rear facing position the foot rest makes it harder to reach in and out of the storage basket underneath the stroller.
